This week, remembering Jagjit Ji and his mesmerizing gazal. I have always been fascinated by the ease with which he expresses emotion through music. This is the first time I am singing a Jagjit ji-gazal. Kindly excuse my diction errors if any, still working on perfecting it.

My most favourite part is the little aalap that comes in after the first line in the antara. It expresses so much melodically.
