Most old hindi songs have a unique charm attached to them. Like an organ to a body. These songs automatically bring a smile on your face whenever you listen to them. And singing them adds a tinge of excitement to the entire mix of emotions!

I have not seen all of the old movies, of course! Just a few with the ‘must watch’ tags on them but I am happy to have heard most of the good songs. The voice of Shamshad Begum ji, Rafi ji and Asha ji in this masterpiece from the film CID is so strongly fit in the ears of the listener that I was contemplating whether to give this song a try. But my love for the song won over the contemplation and here I am!
