I feel blessed to be born in a country where Vinayak Damodar Savarkar lived and breathed. Me and my generation are a golden generation to live in the post-independence India but also know and understand its value by hearing first hand experiences from grandparents.

Jayostute is an anthem I have heard and sung since school days. Its importance and emotion is something which cannot be expressed in words. 75 years of Indian Independence is a beautiful occasion to highlight this masterpiece. I have sung it numerous times but here is my honest attempt at recording it for the first time.

Let us take a pledge to be better citizens of our motherland. Jai Hind!
